---Regulations---
1. Category: This is a FREE STYLE NAIL ART COMPETITION. There are no limitations
in style and products used in doing the nail art. A maximum of 3 different nail
art designs are allowed per participant.
2. All submissions will become Colorpops
International property, copyright owned by Colorpops International. Colorpops
International reserves the right to publish submitted images as a "step-by-steps" web
page.
3. Colorpops International will publish the name
of the artist with the nail art. (Unless requested otherwise by the artist).
---Rules for Qualified Submissions ---
4. The theme of the art MUST be
BRIAL (brides, wedding, marriage, etc.)
5. All bridal themed artwork MUST be
completed on Colorpops

6. Each nail art design can be (although not a requirement) presented
on a minimum of 3, and a maximum of 5 pops, showing different stages of
the design.
7. Each individual Colorpops pop design
submission MUST be accompanied by a legibly-written, typed,
or computer-generated document which discloses ALL of the following
required information (A-F):
A) The nail artist’s full name
B) Geographic
location
(Ex: Dallas, Texas, USA –or- Leeds,
N. Yorkshire, UK)
C) The nail artist’s day time phone number, including
country code
D) An alternative phone number
E) The nail artist’s
email address (to notify winners)
F) A very highly descriptive step-by-step
list of instructions that provides an explanation of the artist’s creation
process
8. All submissions should be securely bubble-wrapped
or otherwise secured to prevent scratches/damage while in transit to Colorpops
International.
9. All submissions MUST be received in
the offices of Colorpops International by MAY 1, 2008
at 5:00 Pacific Standard Time,
USA. Submissions received after this date/time will NOT be submitted
to our team of judges.
10. Postal mail your well-wrapped Colorpops pop submissions
to:

11. The winners will be contacted via email by
May 15th, 2008.
12. By June 1, 2008, the top TEN participant's names, locations,
and beautiful images of their impressive bridal nail art designs on
Colorpops pops will
be featured on www.colorpops.com under
BRIDAL NAIL ART COMPETITION WINNERS. This info will remain viewable
for all nail technicians worldwide to use as an instructional, step-by-step
nail art quide.
